1 Overseas Driver Recruitment

2 Immigration Processes
If you have already done this step, congrats! All will be happening faster.
If not, navigating immigration processes can be complex. For a separate fee, our immigration adviser can handle all the paperwork and requirements to make the process smooth and hassle-free for you.
From registering for DAMAs to signing the Labour Agreement and sponsoring your worker.
3 The work visa application
We help your sponsored worker to apply for his visa based on your sponsorship.
Processing times vary, but we will keep you updated.
4 Online coaching
While the drivers wait for the visa approval, we provide comprehensive onboarding training to ensure they are familiar with local regulations: CoR, BFM and logbook hours, mass and dimensions, load restraint, over size / over mass, NHVR route planner, NHVAS, approved heavy vehicle routes, etc.
5 Arrival to Australia
We pick them up from the airport, take them to an arranged accommodation for 2 weeks, and organize for them to get the TFN, Medicare, bank account, USI and phone number.
6 pre-deployment courses
Courses and other info sessions will be delivered over the first two weeks, including the mandatory online sessions about Australian work law and settlement support that the government has designed for them. All this will culminate with the conversion of the licence to HC and the MC upgrade.
